Rental FAQ
When can I collect my equipment?
You may pick up your rental gear after 3PM on the day before your rental start date at no extra charge.
When will we need to return my equipment?
You may drop it back before 10AM the day after your rental end date, at no extra charge.
Do I receive a refund if I return early?
If you have an issue such as an injury, illness or a family matter and have to return your rental gear early, we will issue you with a credit for the remaining unused hire days, which we will credit to your rental account for future use in store!
How can I extend my booking?
Just give us a call on 0264901159 and we can extend your booking over the phone.
Do you offer demo equipment?
Yes! Whether you are looking for a premium rental option, or are looking to try to buy, we have an extensive range of demo skis and snowboards for all abilities, riding styles and snow conditions.
