Refund policy

REFUNDS: Due to new policy terms from PayPal, any transaction charges PayPal have collected for using their service, will no longer be refunded to customer. The current PayPal policy is to keep customers transactions fees, and not refund to customer. A fee of 6% of the hire sale will be charged to cover PayPal Transaction Fees and administration of refunds.
